12 months of the referral
- Relevant paperwork from
previous Instructor and
training facility - must be
PADI certification

Dive Centre)
- Must have an Australian
Dive Medical in accordance
to Standards Australia AS
4005. 1 Appendix A
- Must have a minimum of 3
students to run a group
