Founders of Poseidon, Peter and Barbara
Wright, did much of the exploratory diving
on the Northern Great Barrier Reef, Papua
New Guinea and the Solomon Islands in the
1980's with their original dive vessel
"Scheherazade" and pioneered Outer Reef
Snorkelling and Diving Cruises in the Port
Douglas area.

locations with over 45 sites to choose from.

day. The Agincourt Ribbon Reefs, located on
the very outer edge of the reef, are
renowned as the place to go for crystal
clear water, spectacular coral gardens and a
huge variety of marine life.

experience a dive for the first time. No
previous experience required to enjoy the

Certified Diving for the more experienced
diver is exhilarating on Poseidon. Small
dive groups, drift dives, wall dives,
isolated bommies . . .lots of underwater
action! Three dives available.
